What is Eden Project Membership?
Eden Project Membership is an annual donation that helps fund our transformational charitable work. In return for your support, you'll receive some fantastic benefits including:
- Unlimited, year-round free entry to the Eden Project Cornwall
- 10% off in shops, restaurants and cafes – and this online shop!
- Priority booking on selected ticketed events
- Discounts on Eden Project courses and activities
- Eden Project Magazine to keep you up to date with our work
There are different options available to suit individuals, couples and families – but all include unlimited free entry for Members and the all-important 10% online shop discount.
How Do I Get the Online Shop Discount as a Member?
We wish the process for getting your online shop discount could be much smoother! We are actively working on integrating our systems to make this discount automatically apply for Members. But in the meantime, here is what you need to do:
- Choose your preferred Membership type and complete your purchase on the main Eden Project website
- You'll receive a confirmation email with all of the details of your new Membership. This same email contains your exclusive 10% discount code to use in this online shop.
- Head back over here, and as you checkout, enter the code in the "Discount Code" box. The 10% will then be applied to your purchase.
Please note the code cannot be combined with other offers but you can keep using it on all purchases you make for the duration of your Membership!
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does my membership last?
Membership is valid for a full twelve months from purchase. You will be invited to renew each year to continue supporting us and receiving benefits.
When will I receive my Membership card?
You’ll receive your Membership welcome pack within two-three weeks of joining, which includes your eco-friendly Membership card and windscreen sticker.
If you are planning a visit to us before this arrives, please simply quote your booking reference from your confirmation email when you arrive at our Visitor Centre. If you ask for your receipt to be printed, this will include your temporary Membership card – please keep this safe as you will need to show it to claim your 10% discount in our shops and cafés. Please always show your Membership card/receipt before paying so your discount can be applied.
Can I use the online discount code in your shops at Eden Project Cornwall?
The discount code can only be used online – if you’re visiting us at Eden Project Cornwall (which we hope you do many times!) please present your Membership card before paying to receive your Member discount in person.
