The people are central to YETI’s long-term success, from the talented and passionate employees who ideate, design, market, and sell incredible YETI products to the workers who source, manufacture, and transport them. They are guided by goals to create an equitable and inclusive company, to support their employees, and to address critical environmental and labour opportunities in their global supply chain.

At YETI, they believe that what is good for the planet is synonymous with what is good for business. Their approach to keeping the wild, wild is science-based, data-driven, and encompasses the entire life cycle of their products. They remain committed to minimising the environmental impact of their products and operations and offering increased ways to extend product life through their circularity programs.

Places

YETI recognise their role as responsible stewards of the planet and their communities. YETI’s partnerships, sponsorships, and product donations support conservation, restoration, and community resilience initiatives.
