Every product page specifies if an item is dispatched directly by Eden Project or our selected brands.
For items dispatched directly by Eden Project UK standard delivery on all products is £4.75* and free delivery for orders over £50.
Many items dispatched directly by our brands qualify for free delivery*.
The exact shipping rates will be calculated on checkout based on your selected products and delivery address.
*UK Mainland, some exceptions may occur.
Packed seeds, not boxed (UK-only): £2.75
Unfortunately for a small number of postcodes in remote areas of mainland UK we cannot guarantee free delivery. As a charity we set our postage charges according to our courier and have to pass on any additional charges. You can return an item within 14 days of receipt. As some of our products are dispatched directly by our brands, please contact us before returning any item(s) so we can provide you with the exact address on where to send them back.
Unless an item is faulty, you're responsible for the postage charges to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If there were any shipping charges at the time of placing an order they will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
