Stir a spoonful into gravy for extra flavour and colour. Spread flapjack mixture on a baking tray. Spoon cranberry sauce on top and then spread more flapjack mixture on top. Bake for around 35 mins. Mix into a muffin mix and bake for a delicious fruity muffin.
