Eden Project Shop Packaging Queries

Due to our commitment to lowering our overall environmental impact, we use recycled packaging whenever we can. This often involves re-purposing surplus boxes from our Cornwall shop to pack online orders, however, rest assured our team always takes due care to ensure your orders will reach you in perfect condition.

As we’re passionate about our overall impact on the environment and creating a greener future for the next generation, we’d urge our customers to consider recycling the packaging their order arrived in. While some orders may have specific waste requirements (particularly if it has been shipped directly by one of our suppliers), we try to use recyclable materials wherever possible.
